Dear customer support team,
My yearly subscription of approximately 59 USD was automatically deducted from my credit card in August 2022. Nonetheless, I am still featured as a "FREE" member of JE. I receive numerous daily emails, informing me that my subscription will expire on August 5th, 2024 - and that I can renew it now.
Would you be so kind, as to inform me what I need to do? Respectively: Could you, please, upgrade my status to a "paying member"?
