  Don't waste time when waiting for true love...trust God's timing and use the time to learn to love yourself! I found the writings of Ravenwolf on Facebook and share some of them because many desire to love and be loved...in our search for love, we should be on a quest to find our true love- our soul mate- the one created by God to literally fulfill our lives, making us upright and complete. jacki

   

  "Don’t sit back and just wait on the perfect one to come along.

  Holding out for a hero will make for lonely nights and wasted time.

  Have an open heart and a full soul, and

  The rest will take care of itself.

  Learn to truly love yourself and be happy being without a partner.

  They’ll show up when the time is right, not a moment before.

  What’s meant to be doesn’t have a schedule or always show up soon enough.

  You don’t need to be saved or completed,

  you need to be respected and loved-

  Don’t compromise or sell yourself short.

  Remember, it’s not always about the big things.

  The little things matter just as much:

  Kisses in the rain when you don’t expect it.

  Love notes on the mirror.

  Dancing in the kitchen.

  Afternoon trips to nowhere.

  Simple texts- “Thinking of you..”

  Those are the moments you realize that forever isn’t a measurement of time, but a measurement of love’s intensity and promise.

  When love finally does find you, you’ll find that you’ll want to make those moments last.

  Don’t expect or wait for a perfect love, evolve in such a way that you’re perfectly happy by yourself.

  Instead of waiting for if and when love comes a-calling, seize the opportunity when an open door presents itself.

  Follow your heart but take your head with you.

  It may not be ideal or perfect, but when you believe in something and open your heart, you will find that person and love is perfect for you.

  Strive to become the best version of yourself, continue to evolve and learn from the broken roads of the past and when you’re ready, love will come knocking on your door.

  Close your eyes and remember who you are:

  Be passionate.

  Be ready.

  Be real.

  But most of all, just be happy with who you are and how far you’ve come.

  The right person will always accept your past, support your present and encourage your future."
