Community Guidelines

JacksonsEmpire is an inclusive community comprised of fans, artists, and supporters. It is your responsibility to contribute in a respectful way and to foster a welcoming environment. Below, you will find important information about our expectations of you while using JacksonsEmpire. Please take the time to read them … and know them.

You are responsible for all activity associated with your account. When posting content that belongs to someone else, it is your responsibility to ensure you have permission to do so. If you upload another person’s content without the required permissions, you are liable.

Respect

JacksonsEmpire is an open social platform made up of people with diverse views, opinions, and cultural backgrounds. We support respectful sharing and self-expression; however, the following will not be tolerated:

BULLYING: Members will not conduct themselves in a way that is abusive or threatening. Any activity that demeans or attacks another individual or group is unacceptable.

INFRINGEMENT ON PRIVACY: Do not share personal details about another person or entity without permission. This includes but is not limited to: private conversations, photographs, and contact information.

Identity Theft

JacksonsEmpire welcomes the use of stage names, professional identities, or screen names. However, we do not tolerate identity theft. If you intentionally use someone else’s name or trademark for the purposes of misleading others, your account will be immediately terminated.

Forbidden Content

As an open social platform, sharing of diverse content is expected and welcomed. However, there are some types of content that have no place in JacksonsEmpire:

ZERO PORNOGRAPHY TOLERANCE: JacksonsEmpire can be accessed by people as young as 13 years of age; therefore, do not post any content that is predominantly sexual in nature.

ZERO HATE SPEECH TOLERANCE: We will not tolerate content that promotes or encourages hatred, discrimination, or violence against others.

Tell Us About It

If you encounter any content that breaches these guidelines—tell us about it. We have a dedicated team of people who will review all reports objectively and remove any content that violates these rules.

If You Violate the Rules

If you are found to be in violation of these guidelines, we will send you a written warning. If we have to send you more than two written warnings, we will terminate your account. In the most extreme cases, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without prior warning.
