Michael Jackson's death certificate wasn’t signed by anyone at UCLA. And it doesn’t state his legal name Michael Joe Jackson.
Dr. Murray refused to sign the death certificate as well.
I know his legal middle name is Joe because that’s the name on his drivers license, passport and formal documents including business contracts signed by him. It’s also the name on the released FBI investigation files.
There was a smoke alarm at UCLA and the entire floor where Jackson was supposed to be had to be evacuated.
